Joining a Course We are thrilled to have you! Your registration becomes official once you receive a confirmation from us. For our private participants, please note that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
If Your Plans Change We know that life (and work) happens! If you need to cancel, here is how we handle it to keep things fair for everyone:
More than 30 days before we start: No worries – cancellation is free of charge.
14–30 days before the course: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 14 days before the course: The full course fee is charged.
Pass it On Can’t make it yourself? You are more than welcome to send a colleague or a friend in your place at no extra cost. Just shoot us an email with their details, and we’ll take it from there!
In Case of Illness If you’re unable to join us due to illness, simply provide a medical certificate and help you find a spot at our next available session – whichever works best for you.
Our Commitment At Inner Group, we always aim to deliver as planned. However, if we ever need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance, we will of course provide a full refund.
